It sounds like you have digestive system problems-thats what a lot of acne comes from. I think everyone gets a little acne no matter what but a lot means something is up. You could do a full body cleanse or buy digestive enzymes from your local supermarket-like whole foods or trader joes. Try the enzymes and if they don’t work do a cleanse. Hope this helps.

Well I first want to say the person who answered and suggested enzymes and dietary supplements in my opinion is way off. You have to try ProActiv. You should get the 4 piece Oil Control system, which I think is around $40, and that lasts me around three months. Pretty good deal. Visit proactiv.com and you can get more info.

Hopefully I’m not to late! There are a so many vitamins that go a long way toward keeping the skin moist, free of wrinkles, soft, and smooth. Taking vitamins is so much easier compared to putting cream or any product on your face. This also may work much faster and effectively. Take a look at this website. I hope I helped you out.
