How can I start getting healthy skin?

Ok, so I want to get an early start on having healthy skin (im 14). The problem is–I have no idea where to start. Can you give me a daily routine/tips on how to maintain healthy/clear skin (from head to toes).

Also, should I start using spf and/or moisturizer, and what kind?

  1. Obviously, you need to wash your face everyday to keep it from being oily.
    Next is the obvious, but eat lots of fruits and vegetables because it really does help…
    Use aveeno’s positively radiant daily moisturizer, it gurantees beautiful skin is just 4 weeks. I have used it for 4 weeks and I have already started to see the differences, it really does work so you should try it too!!
    Also, products for clean & clear are very good too. If you have ever seen the commercials, do the 3 process thing that clean & clear provides.

    I have had skin problems because I have never eaten fruits, so eat fruits and use the aveeno product.

  2. I am 14 as well..
    I LOVE the Nuetrogena Wave.
    It makes my skin SOOOO smooth like the first time I use it.
    I use that probably once a week, and on the other days I wash my face with just a scrub with beads in it.
    Good luck! I wouldn’t over do it though because I have heard stories of people who didnt have any problems until they start washing their skin…so I would get the Wave and use it once a week.

  3. You should start drinking close to 2 litres of water a day. Also find a skin care product that works well for your skin, ask the people who work at your local Priceline. Usually on most skin care routines you should wash you’re face in the morning and also in the evening. Maintain excercise also and under no circumstances pick your pimples!

You shouldn’t wash your face that often then because you probably think it cleans it does but it washes and strips the natural oil and it will become dry, but you should wash your face gently at least once a day (max: 3times).You should start moisturizing with spf 15, don’t wear so much cakey makeup that it will clog your pores and when you sleep you should remove the makeup. Try to wear natural makeup that comes from the earth so it doesn’t have so much chemicals.You should start applying toner to freshen your face. You shouldn’t tan that much too you can develop skin cancer. Also start by eating healthy.Hope this helps :P Answer mine please ! :)
