I have under eye dry skin but rest of my face skin is very oily and I use oil-less product to deal with my acne problem. I don’t want to have hundreds of product around my dressing table.

Use an oil-free cleanser for the entire face, and make you you get a really good eye cream moisturizer for the eye area only. This should solve your problem.
