it totally depends on your skin type. if you have realllly oily skin, then that should be fine. but if you have normal or dry skin, i'd cut down a bit. too much cleansing/exfoliating can be very drying, which is okay if you have oily/acne-prone skin, but if you dry your skin too much, then that will actually cause MORE acne. when your skin is stripped of all it's oil, it goes into an extreme 'oil-producing mode' to make up for all of the lost oil. so you'll actually end up with more acne that way.everybody's skin is different though, so it might not affect you the same way that it would affect another person. it sounds like a pretty good routine though, so if i were you, i'd stick with it for a couple of weeks to see what it does for your skin. if your skin is too dry after a while, then limit yourself to either the foam wash OR the scrub. goood luck!
If you're getting goood results stick with it. But you may be overwashing. I would either do the scrub or the wash, but not both. If you don't use a washcloth to exfoliate with the wash, then using the scrub is a better option. You don't want to overdry, which could actually make you oiler when your skin tries to compinsate for lost moisture. Best of luck!!
