Is this a good exercise routine for someone like me?
im 20 yrs old, female.. healthy, skinny, (fast metabolism)
i work out (run 15 mins. and do weights for about 55) MON, WED, FRI
and i play tennis TUE and THURS
sometimes i do yoga on saturday
is it enough, too much, or just right?
do u think it is a healthy way of living, if all the other aspects (diet, skin care, etc) are taken care of?
If you feel good and think that you won't get tired of keeping up the routine, then I would say good for you. A lot of concern with overtraining is that you will get bored or tired of training, so as long as this isn't happening for you, CHEERS!!

You might benefit from increasing the cardio on M/W/F-you need to do at least 20-30 minutes of cardio for it to be efficient.
Other than that, it sounds great
