i have been using Biore Foaming face wash every night and rubbing alcohol on it every morning and every night. and i use this treatment thing that if you rub it on the spot on ur face where you break out the most it dries it and prevents breakouts. but the thing is, every time i get rid of zits i get new ones. i is 14 and everyone i know has clear skin. what facewash do i need to buy? skin care treatment? what kind? does proActive work? any little techniques that really work? 10 points to the most informative and truthful one! thanx—–

Whats the best skin care routine for moderately young skin that breaks out?
I’ll be turning 20 in March and I’ve never been able to find anything to help give me clear skin. I’ve been suffering from acne since I was about 11 years old and it still hasn’t gone away. I’ve gone to dermatologists but nothing they give me seems to help. Also, I tried proavtive but it didn’t really work. I have pretty oily skin but it still dries out pretty easily. Any suggestions?

Is there a good skin care product that will clear skin while improving the health of your skin?
I’ve noticed that most skin care products are used to treat only acne, or only aging/wrinkles. Are there any products that combine both? I tend to have greasy skin, but it dries out VERY easily with certain products. It’s very dry during winter months, but greasier during summer. I also have VERY large pores.
I was looking at "Natural Advantage" skin care line, but don’t know if it’ll be an effective acne treatment? I want HEALTHY, YOUNG looking skin as well as CLEAR skin. Any suggestions?

What do you call a person who is both hippie and goth?
I don’t take drugs, I don’t care much for nature, I don’t and never intend to go on protests, I wash myself and I’m not much of an optomist. I don’t wear make-up, I never will be a vegetarian, I don’t dye my hair.
But I do like the beauty in nature, I have highlights of blonde/red/purple in my hair, I have natural pale skin but not clear skin, being a quiet person living in solitude, believe in soulmates/true love, still believe magic, listen new age/spellbinding albums (Evanescene, Patricia Spero, Pia, Juliana, Llewellyn, Medwyn Goodall, Terry Oldfield, Sally Oldfield and Carollyn Hillyer), I’m a realist, love the idea of tranquility, wear beautiful medieval tunics, jeans with ribbon or sequin trimmings and tie-dye tops plus gypsy skirts in the summer. I have goth vaules: beauty can be found in sorrow and dark things in general. It’s an acceptance of all aspects of life. emphasis is shifted toward the mystical and the other-worldly in creativity and art.
I know people hate labels. But I see them as compliment, a type of art in name. I’d rather have a label than be nicknamed quiet girl by people who don’t know my name! Oh and for your information I’m in 20’s.
SBirdie: I love you! Thank you for saying that.
znz_zan: Cute, but you ain’t getting any points!
CuteWriter: Without values than a subculture cannot exist, if there isn’t any goth values then what do you call this: Goth as Counter-Culture
tajmina: you are sweet and nicest person with advice.
Everyone else: STOP Yelling!! I get what you saying I really do. I don’t really want anyone to call me a label.
I wrote all this so I could silently call myself something. Something adventous and interesting. To add more light and less depression on myself.
Needless to say I find those who don’t have a "thing", those who look and act like everyone else, those who don’t resist maturity from the inside out….boring (minus my family of course and one friend)!

How can I start getting healthy skin?
Ok, so I want to get an early start on having healthy skin (im 14). The problem is–I have no idea where to start. Can you give me a daily routine/tips on how to maintain healthy/clear skin (from head to toes).
Also, should I start using spf and/or moisturizer, and what kind?
