I am 22 years old and have normal skin. I get a few zits every once in awhile but do not get bad breakouts often. My question is what are the best skin care products to be using? My family has great skin, so do I still need to be using expensive products? If so what type should I be using? If I don’t need expensive products what are some good over the counter products? I need information about cleansers, moisturizers, and anything else I should use. Thanks!

i have been using Biore Foaming face wash every night and rubbing alcohol on it every morning and every night. and i use this treatment thing that if you rub it on the spot on ur face where you break out the most it dries it and prevents breakouts. but the thing is, every time i get rid of zits i get new ones. i is 14 and everyone i know has clear skin. what facewash do i need to buy? skin care treatment? what kind? does proActive work? any little techniques that really work? 10 points to the most informative and truthful one! thanx—–

Okay, I am getting older and I know I will face skin problems such as zits and pimples. I was wondering how I could keep my skin healthy and clean naturally? One other thing, I am a big junkie, but I do eat a reasonably healthy diet and I am active for my age, I am looking for things like natural oils from plants and such, not like eating healthier ( which I am trying to do!) PLEASE, help me out….
I have acne and Im curious as to what brand you would recommend that clears up your zits, has a good undereye cream, antiaging properties, just is the best of quality overall?
I have chest acne and it is not very noticeable except for one big, red zit right in the middle of my chest. I wear shirts that are mostly cotton, wash the area everyday and even apply a mask to it but it still won`t go away. How do you prevent chest acne and get rid of those nasty zits?
I have tried nearly everything: Proactiv, antibiotics, shots to the face, over the counter creams, and just about everything. My acne goes away and then comes back. Not only that but it leaves scars behind as well as brown dots where the zits were. Can anyone suggest anything for acne, the scars, and the brown marks?
I having been getting acne or some type of skin problem on my chin that just won’t go away with whatever I use. I tried store bought acne treatments and they get rid all of the zits everywhere on my face, EXCEPT for my chin. Now, its spreading around my mouth. It’s probably because I drool in my sleep, causing me to breakout over night. Do you know any recipes for face masks or any way to solve my problem?
I used to have really bad acne that covered basically my whole face, mostly my cheeks. I still get zits that pop up now and then, but its totally manageable. Now, the problem I'm having is that I have a bunch of scarring left over on my cheeks from the acne I used to have. I have been using the ProActiv 3-step system and i also have been using ProActiv's skin lightening lotion, though i havent noticed much of an improvement. I dont have any deep scarring or anything, but its about moderate. I hate having these marks on my face and ive been trying to get rid of them for a while. Is there any easy-enough solution to getting rid of moderate acne scarring without having to get involved in surgical processes such as dermabrasion?
I've been reading other questions and answers on the subject and my problem is that the last I knew I had combination skin. My forehead breaks out in little bumps and my chin gets zits all the time!! When they finally go away they leave a little red mark, almost like a scar on my chin. So when I'm out in the sunlight even with makeup on you can see my old breakouts still including my new zits. It's so irritating. I've used Neutrogena Acne wash since I was in high school, (12 years) and I didn't know if skin changes and you need to switch brands or if I should add anything to my routine. I use Neutrogena Acne Wash everyday and Oil of Olay complete moisturizer and that's it. Should I switch products, add something? My boyfriend has been trying to get me to quit touching my face. Sometimes I rest my chin on my hand and I know that can cause skin problems, when you touch your face too much. I would like to stay away from pricey stuff like Arbonne because I just cannot afford it!
