What are some good vitamins to take for healthy skin and hair? I know Biotin and Vitamin E are good ones, as well as Fish Oil, but what else?

Vitamin A which you can find in bananas and green vegetable or you can always buy a supplement.
I know that flax seeds are really good for you too.
Omega three’s although not a vitamin are really really good for you body! I suggest buying a supplement of them but you can look up what they are in. I know theyre in fish. These will help with acne and get rid of scars because they clean the body of any bad agents. Good luck!

this isn’t a vitamin, but i know as a fact that eating pawpaw is GREAT for your skin! i suffer from alot of skin allergies, and i’m very sensitive, so i’ve gotten a whole lot of info from a wide range of doctors and naturopaths.
another good thing is salt water, so swimming in the ocean is a fantastic thing to do as often as you can.
drink lots of water (duh), and also green tea! i went on a two week trip with my mum to china last year, and we only drank jasmine tea for the whole trip. we came home with clearer skin, we’d both lost a healthy amount of weight, and over all we were much healthier!
sunshine is also good, in healthy amounts. staying out of the sun for too long is proven to have bad effects on your skin, like blemishes and translucency (which translates into things like dark circles under your eyes).
i know it’s not exactly what you were after, but hopefully it helps a bit. if only some of these were available in tablet form!

Oil of Evening Primrose. It has no real side effects either. Also it mixes fine with most meds, if not all. Unlike Fish Oil and Vitamin E. And it really works. For myself, my mother and some friends.

Try a basic multivitamin or aloe vera.. these vitamins are great also to try.
