i would like to know of good skin care products for black skin with possible eczema, hyper-pigmentation that is oily. preferably something i could get at like wal-mart.

for your face or body ?
for your body I would use either
hydrocortizone/Eucerin first on my body
and seal in in with Vaseline/Aquaphor .
For your face I recommend
Cetaphil/Purpose cleanser,
Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel
and Eucerin Q10 lotion .

There are many products you can use. But the best thing you should do is choose a product that best suite your skin type. I suggest you get a natural or organic skin care products.
