I find the best cure is to use moisturizing body wash or bar soap and then follow up with a light all over moisturizing lotion to apply post shower. Also, if it specifically your face, make sure you are using a lotion that is made for face use so as to not add clogged pores and acne to the dry skin. Good luck.
