I’ve got major dry skin and I’ve found Eucerin cream works really well. The stuff is really thick, but really works into the skin. I put them on my feet before I go to bed and wear socks over them.
I used to use regular medicated lotions but my skin was so dry that the dryness just ate it up in a few minutes and I had to apply more. Get some Eucerin cream.
Nivea for men makes an excellent line of products made specially for guys. It works well, and it smells really good (no flowery or girly smells…). If your skin is REALLY dry, then you might need something a little more moisturizing – Cetaphil is a great product for extremely dry skin that won’t clog your pores. It is also unscented. Even though your a man, try Jonson’s Baby Naturals, it’s really excellent for sensitive dry skin, it takes care of those flaky patches, you can use it all over your body, face and hands too. I really recommend it, you can see the difference after one use =] hope this helped
